Job Summary: The Inside Sales Executive is a pivotal role focused on engaging potential customers through outbound calls, with the primary aim of generating new business by effectively selling our products and services over the phone. This role demands proactive market research, effective lead qualification, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their specific needs.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the company’s products and services.
- Qualify leads by gathering comprehensive information on the potential customer’s requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding product or service features, benefits, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and keeping them updated on new offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and goals by effectively closing deals with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using a database or CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide customers with relevant and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable with computer-based sales tools and CRM systems.
- Candidates under the age 30yr would be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
