Role: Associate Product Manager- Core

Job Role:
• Lead the end-to-end management of features affecting Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, LTV, Churn of CaptainBiz’s web & mobile applications
• Researching market trends, competition global and local. Ideate the shortcomings & problem of the users, ideate on the solutions and deliver
• Set important success metrics of the feature/product that aligns with the NSM and monitor that post launch. Fast feedback collection and even faster execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, marketing and senior product managers to implement new features and modules based on customer feedback and business requirements.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of vision and goals to the development teams.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to guide the product development process.
• Work closely with the product team to align product updates with the overall company strategy.
• Ensure seamless integration of new features and modules, addressing any order issues or operational challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and external partners.

Requirement:
• MBA with specialization in general management, Analytics, Strategy or Marketing
• 28-36 months previous full-time experience in tech/Hi-tech industry. Previous experience in product based company is additional benefit but not a must have
• Previous internship or live project experience in Product Management. Has strong analytical sense and extremely comfortable with numbers, metrics and other product KPIs
• Min 1 years of experience in a JPM/APM/Product Owner or similar role in SaaS/Fintech/Ecommerce domain
• Good knowledge of API, Databases, SaaS/Cloud based products and tech-workflows
• Experience in product/project management tools like Jira, Clickup etc
• Ability to write detailed PRD, BRD, MRD and user stories, user journey
• Ability to understand UX and UI by working closely with design team
• Experience in product analytics tool like Mixpanel/Amplitude and CRM tools like Airship/Clevertap is preferred but not a must have
• Strong understanding of web technologies and digital product development. Strong understanding of various stages of PDLC and stakeholders involved in each stage.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
