Senior Brand Manager 5+ Year

  • Responsibilities:

    Brand Management:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
    • Oversee the creation of brand films and visuals that align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
    • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns to promote the brand effectively.
    • Lead social media communication and content strategy across various platforms.
    • Regularly review social media posts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant social media content.
    • Ensure effective copywriting for all brand communications.

    Digital Communications Management:

    • Manage digital communication channels, including email marketing and website communication.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

    Sales Communications Management:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective communication materials to support sales initiatives.
    • Ensure sales communication materials are aligned with the overall brand messaging and strategy.

    Additional Management:

    • Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies.
    • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners.

    Corporate Communications Management:

    • Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and brandimage.
    • Oversee crisis communication and manage communication during challenging situations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • minimum of 6+ years of experience in brand management and communications.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand and communication strategies for the “Indian online and offline markets”
  • Experience in managing communication agencies and freelancers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; any other language will be an add-on bonus.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
